With Pareto Governance I would like to strengthen the Board of organisations.<\/p>\n

When I studied Economics in London from 2000 to 2003, I saw the film A Beautiful Mind about the life of John Nash, beautifully depicted by Russell Crowe. Nash wrote his short thesis on game theory at the age of 21 at Princeton University and was diagnosed with schizophrenia shortly afterwards. In 1994 he received the Nobel Prize for this work. It pictures a stunning, fascinating story; the film is an absolute must! The combination of the impact of the film, my interest in strategic decision-making and the reflection of the lectures on game theory have led to the choice of the name Pareto Governance.<\/p>\n

Shortly: Nash shows that if people take the best action they can and take other peoples actions into account in an organisation, it promotes balance. This equilibrium can strengthen the organisation, but can lead to non-cooperation as well in the prisoner\u2019s dilemma.
My goal with Pareto Governance is to ensure an organisation or team has everything it needs to deliver optimal results, a Pareto Optimum. The team cooperates to ensure individual actions are successful in the benefit of the team without being at the expense of others in the team!<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>
