VVD blokkeert CU-voorstel invaldocent

De VVD in de Tweede Kamer blokkeert een voorstel van de ChristenUnie om een tekort aan invallers op basisscholen te voorkomen.

Dat bleek dinsdag tijdens een debat hierover in de Tweede Kamer. De ChristenUnie wil invaljuffen en ­ –meesters op basisscholen uitzonderen van de regel dat zij al na een paar invalbeurten een vast contract moeten krijgen. Die regel leidt volgens de partij tot een tekort aan invalkrachten.

Grondslag

Met name christelijke scholen zijn daardoor aangewezen op regionale groepen invallers die de grondslag niet delen.

Het ChristenUnie-voorstel kreeg dinsdag steun van de oppositiepartijen CDA en D66.

VVD-Kamerlid Anoushka Schut-Welkzijn zei het probleem te onderkennen, maar wilde het…
