Motie VAO Raad Werkgelegenheid en Sociaal Beleid

De Kamer,

 

Gehoord de beraadslaging,

 

Overwegende dat uitkeringen als de kinderbijslag bedoeld zijn als tegemoetkoming in de kosten van levensonderhoud van kinderen die in Nederland wonen,

 

Overwegende dat de Kamer al op 5 december 2013 de motie Heerma heeft aangenomen die het Kabinet oproept om te komen tot een exportverbod van kinderbijslag in de EU,

 

Overwegende dat de conclusie van de Europese Raad op 19 februari 2016 is om het woonlandbeginsel te gaan toepassen op de export van kindregelingen als het Verenigd Koninkrijk in de Europese Unie blijft,

 

Overwegende dat het Kabinet ook heeft aangegeven dat er mooie elementen in het VK-pakket zitten,

 

Overwegende dat in vele landen van de Europese Unie de kosten van levensonderhoud lager zijn dan in Nederland,

 

Constaterende dat voor een dergelijke wijziging van EU beleid geen wijziging van het verdrag nodig is,

 

Verzoekt het Kabinet zich hard te maken voor het zo snel mogelijk toepassen van het woonlandbeginsel bij de export van alle kindregelingen binnen de EU,

 

En gaat over tot de orde van de dag,

Bij de stemmingen van donderdag 3 maart 2016 is deze motie aangenomen.

    I’m not sure exactly why but this web site is loading extremely slow for me.
